. CARRuption .

CARRuption is in reference to the current Premier of New South Wales (Australia) - Bob CARR. Bob will leave office under the same circumstances as the previous Premier of NSW - "ol' Nick" (GREINER). Perhaps Bob will be banished to hell* along with "ol' Nick"!

I have an unusual relationship with "Bob the Builder" - my father used to build in the Randwick Council region of Sydney and he stopped because the council was too corrupt! Bob was then only in-training under the Lord Mayor!
I have a rather unusual relationship the Governor** of Australia - John Winston HOWARD. We share the same birthday - the 26th of July! Only yourself (or an aspect of) can beat you.

** 52nd state of the USA (or perhaps Indonesia is with its state-run terror!)

I met a fellow on the train to Sydney who mentioned a fraud rather large fraud and he said, "The Federal Government was doing nothing about it!"
My response was to laugh and he must have thought that I supported the Federal Government's stand. My response to him (after I'd stopped laughing) was to say, "Of course the Federal Government is not doing nothing - they'd be helping them to get away with it!"

I have added a section to the web-site called "GUIDE". It's just an easy introduction to the BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds.

OTHER LIKE-MINDED GROUPS

One of the things I'm attempting to do is locate and link with other like-minded groups which are disappointed with our political system. It has never been easier and cheaper to contact others and forward them information and I think that this wonderful (if you can learn it's vagaries) facility should be taken advantage of - while we still have some form of freedom of speech!

Does anyone know of any like-minded other groups which you think would be interested in just hyper-linking web-sites and exchanging electronic NEWSLETTERS for now.

Has anyone some information they wish to share through this medium? Is there a way of explaining the BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds in a simpler manner?

INVESTIGATION
I met a teacher from a business college yesterday (Saturday) before the RECLAIM THE STREETS Rally in George Street (in front of the Sydney Town Hall). She was most interested when I supplied my flyer about the BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds and she said that her class had picked BHP (Billiton Ltd) to study and she was going to commence an investigation. This is the first investigation into the BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds and I predict that it will not be a 'Robinson CRUSOE' investigation - there'll be more in!
My suggestion to the Federal Parliament is to abolish the "PROTECTORATE FOR THE MR BIG WHITE COLLAR CRIMINALS" (ASIC) and let some other group(s) interested in even-handedly pursuing corporate crime be given the duty of policing the business community in this country (Kangaroo-alia).

QUESTIONS TO POLITICIANS
I was informed by, a person form THE GREENS, that she had asked a politician a question about this BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds and she was unsatisfied by the answer given by the politician. This dissatisfaction with the answer(s) given by a politician(s) was the general response from people when I asked them to ask politicians about the BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds - people have little faith in politicians!

FIRE-FIGHTER Ticker-Tape Parade - Sydney

Apologies to the FIRE-FIGHTERS - I have worked hard on something for ten years and I will fail with lack of publicity and/or lack of interest!

I had one of the "BHP stinks" flyers handed back to me by a Fire-Fighter on the train back to Wollongong. He said he didn't have a computer.

That same man waited till I finished writing a code to a book-mark on this BHPstinks.com web-site on the back of the very same initially-returned flyer and held-up his departure at his stop!

During our conversation, after he handed back the flyer, he mentioned that his superannuation was covered by a very good scheme. I enquired if that superannuation scheme was SAS Trustee Corporation and he told me yes. I then explained my fears about SAS Trustee Corporation and he was eager to receive the the "BHP stinks" flyer back with the bookmark - BHPstinks.com/peripheral_swindles.html#NSW_Public_Servants

For a an explanation about this table, comparison of 20 largest BHP shareholdings - 98 & 99 , read the section several paragraphs following this table of the which explains about the superannuation scheme for NURSES, POLICE, FIREMEN, TEACHERS, AMBULANCE, STATE RAIL & RTA STAFF and other NSW GOV'T EMPLOYEES. Whilst I know that the information is not proof that a fraud amounting to a fraction of billion of Australian dollars occurred and I could not fault the STATE SUPER employee's explanation* the STATE SUPER employee was very nervous - and unless this man is highly nervous as a normal state, or something unrelated caused some problem earlier in the day I'd be very suspicious about SAS Trustee Corporation. I'd ask for a (signed) written account what occurred with the BHP shares owned by SAS Trustee Corporation in the calendar year 1999.

Quite separate from this incident I was speaking with a Police Officer who had kept a 'finger on the pulse' so to speak about his SAS Trustee Corporation superannuation. This Police Officer told me that SAS Trustee Corporation "lost" about $10,000 (from his payout figure) one year inexplicably. He would not commit himself to the year this happened other than it was quite recent. As he had kept all the records from SAS Trustee Corporation he was going to visit this web-site and check his records!

This interest in SAS Trustee Corporation commenced from a fluke! I received some misaddressed mail and opened it and noticed the link between SAS Trustee Corporation and STATE SUPER. On another occasion I was told by STATE SUPER that they have eight finds - with SAS Trustee Corporation being one of these eight. Just today (8/2/02) I learnt that FIRST STATE is another (not so generous entitlement) superannuation scheme under the STATE SUPER umbrella.

In the first explanation about SAS Trustee Corporation (single red asterisk) the male employee mentioned that the shares were not beneficially held by Chase Manhattan and them and the Deutsche Bank [and possibly other(s) - the male employee spoke very quickly initially in the telephone conversation], on behalf of STATE SUPER, and Deutsche and Chase Manhattan were directing how these shares were being managed so removing STATE SUPER from responsibility. As I said I could not fault the explanation - the reason being that very little information is actually required on these Annual Returns lodged with the ASIC.

One would be wise to be suspicious about anything associated with this BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds and SAS Trustee Corporation obviously is a very special case considering the information presented here.

This HomeSide scandal is interesting! Guess who was CEO of the National Australia Bank at the time of acquisition of the American lender - none other than Don ARGUS! Of the $2 billion written-off the present management of NAB were only responsible for $600 million so they get some sort of an award - THE I DIDN'T LOSE AS MUCH AS "THE DON" AWARD!

Seriously Mr. CICUTTO's pay should be doubled! (just joking!)

Now in this "revolving door" corporate appointment world one from the management of an investing corporation in NAB has commented on just how easy the present management of the NAB has gotten off! The corporation this particular man represents was also damaged financially by the BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds so I'll write him a letter (and post by registered mail) to inform him of my concerns about BHP Ltd's financial skullduggery and know that he will raise the matter with the appropriate authorities to recover the money his corporation lost during these $81 billion (Australian currency) frauds!

Who's willing to bet that this registered letter will be ignored!

If you are prepared to accept corruption (read the text and use the hyperlinks within the red dashed region marked "COPY AND PASTE" following) involving more than $80 billion (Australian currency) as the standard for our country then do absolutely nothing! For a while you mightn't be visibly affected by this corruption. Obviously large amounts of money involved in "white collar crime" are sent overseas where it's harder to trace so this money being extracted from the Australian economy of course means that every Australian suffers a lowering of their standard of living (the presence of this type of crime robs all law-abiding Australians).
One the other hand if you object to the presence of this level of crime in our country and/or you don't want to be subjected to the experience of not knowing how your spouse's estate was settled (I have employed four solicitors and none of them were able to conclusively prove just how my late wife's estate was settled) correspond or complain to both the Australian Federal politicians and NSW State politicians asking about the information displayed on this web-site - BHPstinks.com   There are issues involving NSW State politicians, for example, the performance of the Supreme Court of NSW and the legal "professionals" I employed. The performance of the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), in adopting "the three monkeys" response*, is a Federal responsibility though. Additionally complaints about the likely occurrence of "insider trading" should be addressed to Federal politicians.
