a quotation about ENRON from The Jim Lehrer NewsHour  ........

It all seemed like a fantastic game, and of course, that's the way we've played it here. But with billions gone, and thousands unemployed, you can say one last thing about Enron and its all-in-the-family accounting alchemy: It was no "Phantom Menace."

............   if you possess BHP Billiton Ltd shares  -  BEWARE !!!!

and now WorldCon

17,000 people to be made redundant

booking $6.8 billion of expenses up as capital expenditure (Australian 'pesos')

The current crisis is no different. Enron, WorldCom, Tyco and other cases share certain identifying traits: weak boards of directors dominated by executives and their cronies, massive financial incentives for accounting firms to bend the rules and inventive financial structures designed to leverage earnings growth.

every high-up in each country knows there's more - including  .....

the BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds

I have raised this matter of BHP Ltd's inexplicable behaviour with many politicians over about a three year period.  I understand that BHP "seemed" to experience financial problems corresponding with about when I believe the rights to an invention were transferred from my ownership and there was no need for BHP to experience this catastrophic collapse of their share-price if they had licensed my invention.

. CLASS ACTION .

I cannot with complete surety guarantee that the rights to this FACE EMPLACED Services Support invention were transferred from the partnership between myself and my late wife's estate (called PINK ENTERPRISES) but after I have employed four solicitors to find out just how my late wife's estate was settled and I still don't know one should begin to wonder!  The real "tell-tale" is how every official behaves and does not express alarm when shown information about this debacle.  I have even had one member of NSW state parliament tell me he, "Doesn't understand graphs", when shown the BHP 21 year share-price graph and I wanted to explain the simultaneous commencement of the BHP share-price collapse in July 1997 and the granting of probate on my late wife's estate during this month also.

It just doesn't make sense that BHP could get their hands on the rights to this very valuable invention and their share-price commenced to collapse at this time and the size of the collapse is the largest in all of the collapses over the entire 21 years shown by this graph!

One would be foolish to think that BHP Ltd were not involved in other scams and the web-site visitor is referred to the SWINDLES portion of this web-site to gain a better appreciation of what these illegalities involving colossal sums of money.  These BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds amount to $80 billion (Australian currency) and as such are quite a large fraction of the largest corporate collapse ever which is well known - the financial destruction of the American energy corporation called ENRON.

one down - two to go!

I've put 'BUFF' (Brian BUFFIER) in a bad light again!  I'd better warn the cartoonist to look out for a brick-bat (half a brick) being hurled against his front screen door and the boulder which was thrown up the drive again - my what a temper!

I'd better board-up the windows on the property I'm renting too!  The size of the rock he used was that large that I'm wondering where he gained his training for the effort.  I previously thought that private school boys only practiced the genteel sport of cricket!

There must be MISSILE TRAJECTORY COURSE in the private schools and that's why John HOWARD needs to give them that much of our taxes - so that the private school can replace these windows without increasing their school fees.
