I have raised this matter of BHP's inexplicable behaviour with many politicians over about a three year period. I understand that BHP "seemed" to experience financial problems corresponding with about when I believe the rights to an invention were transferred from my ownership and there was no need for BHP to experience this catastrophic collapse of their share-price if they had licensed my invention.
I cannot with complete surety guarantee that the rights to this FACE EMPLACED Services Support invention were transferred to the ownership of my ex-brother-in-law and his sister but this presumed transferral does very comfortably fit the known information.

2\ the BUSH Administration has refused refused to co-operate with Congress
3\ and a very senior figure in ANDERSEN was sacked as a result of the ENRON debacle
all should make one extremely suspicious about BHP!
