The AUSTRALIAN SECURITIES & INVESTMENTS COMMISSION should be investigated by a Royal Commission of Inquiry to ascertain just why it cannot function properly and this leading to the increased likelihood of Corporate Crime flourishing in our country!
PERSPECTIVE
To put some sort of perspective into this BHP Inc. affair One.Tel will result in less than a billion dollars being lost to the shareholders and HIH (with its Royal Commission to report mid 2002) will only result in about $3 billion net being lost to shareholders and owed to other businesses. The BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds amounts to something like a $80 billion! Another way of putting BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds into perspective would be to lump the One.Tel & HIH collapses, HARRIS SCARF, ANSETT and WA Inc.conflagrations all together, and with BHP Inc. being "10" on a scale, these other scandals might amount to "2"!

I know that I have been cheated by BHP and BHP (Billiton) shareholders are, for the main, entirely unaware of the fact that they have a series of frauds committed against them as explained in the SWINDLES 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 sections of this web-site. I as talking to a BHP (Billiton) shareholder explaining my plight about the recovery of the rights of the invention and this particular person seemed to think that because the BHP (Billiton) share-price was increasing then everything was OK! Another person told me that he'd, "Made a lot of money out of BHP! (shares)".

Just one more instance is where BHP did not avail themselves of an opportunity to earn more money, without any risk for the company I might add (in fact with a lowering in risk), was the fact that they failed to license my FACE EMPLACED Services Support invention for a full SIX YEARS! Therefore BHP could have been earning between $2 billion to $3 billion additional profit per year from mid-1992* to mid-1997 when they became an accessory (before and after the fact) in the fraudulent transfer of the rights to the invention in settling my late wife's estate by my two ex-in-laws - Brian BUFFIER (accountant - Kotara South in NSW) and Barbara O'BRIEN (of Bolwarra near Maitland).

I've code-named this invention "The Phantom" after a series of incidents with Wollongong City Council. I have a number of copies of literature about this invention to one Councillor and asked him if he would distribute this information at the next Council meeting. On conversing with another Councillor I realized that this had not been done so I attended the following December Council meeting. At the commencement of this December meeting the Councillor I'd asked to distribute the information distributed the information as requested by myself (on noticing I was present in the audience) and told the meeting that, "I don't know what this is about!". When I checked the minutes of this December meeting there was no record of this incident, hence the nick-name, "The Phantom". Nothing connected with the fraudulent transfer of the rights to the invention, share-market manipulation or "insider trading" has ever been mentioned in any Parliament to the best of my knowledge bar the lodgement of a series of questions about the invention in Federal Parliament by Colin HOLLIS, member for Throsby. I can only presume that the questions were not noticed because I did not receive any response from the Minister(s) concerned to these Questions on Notice (see .Questions to politicians ).
