INSIDER TRADING

I've been told of a Ralph NADER organization identifying share-price manipulation on the American stock market in the early 80's.  As a result the telephone company, AT&T, was broken into various smaller corporations.  Another instance is shown at the bottom of this page in France.  The point is "insider trading" often coupled with share-price manipulation does occur - and not just in Australia!

Just to mention a few "home-grown" scams - just in case you think that I've forgotten about good ol' Oz;
1\

the 16 million pallets "missing" from the overseas arm of BRAMBLES (CHEP - Europe) - Don ARGUS (chairman) and C.K. CHOW (CEO) bought shares AFTER they'd depressed the share-price of BRAMBLES saying, "They had faith in the company!" (of course they had faith in the company - they were the ones who depressed the share-price with this scare-tactic - C. K. CHOW went back to Hong Kong - he couldn't keep a straight face because this sort of scam was too easy!),

2\
the AMP share-price manipulation - when AMP was demutualised (1998) the share-price was over $23 (Australian currency) but the plan was to get this asset into the NAB's hands and the NAB obviously did not want to pay the going rate.  The share buy-back is the give-away - these AMP shares will be back to between $10 to $15 each within a year of two - making a $1 billion to $2 billion profit for the tranche of shares the NAB has bought for a song already,

3\
HOMESIDE - the US arm of the NAB - when "The DON" was chairman!  The same names just keep on cropping up - ARGUS and the NAB!  There is a court case commenced in the US over this HOMESIDE scam, over disclosure, and SLATER & GORDON (of Ok Tedi fame) have weighed in advertising a Class Action.  There will be more developments you can be sure and I wonder if it will be shown that "The DON" wrote off bad debts to his mates! and

TELSTRA - "a nation of shareholders"!  You've got to say something when you are selling-off a monopoly!  There are reports of poor financial performance in China and more recently Japan.  Don't be fooled!  Again the give-away is the share buy-back - why share the profits from a monopoly with ALL the citizens of the country!

If you refer to the CORE SWINDLES web-page there are two very likely instances of "insider trading".  One of these instances is when the BHP "share-price collapse" commenced - very early in July 1997.  When BHP gained access to the FACE EMPLACED Services Support invention, through my ex-in-laws operating under the guise of executors of my late wife's estate, BHP's shares should have markedly increased in value because between $2 billion and $3 billion profit per annum (before tax) should have made a substantial difference to BHP's 'bottom line'.  Instead the BHP share-price plunged and remained at a much lower value for a period approaching a couple of years!

The second instance of "insider trading" is when the BHP share-price "recovered" - early in April 1999.

I have no doubt at all that this share-price collapse was engineered and conducted by BHP!  The commencement of this share price collapse can be pinpointed by inspecting the following data.

NOTES

  1. The steady and continuous decline in BHP's share-price commenced after the  2nd of July in 1997 .

The 2nd of July in 1997 corresponds exactly with the day the ex-rellos executed an Affidavit making Application for the Grant of Probate or my wife's estate.  BHP sure didn't trust my ex-in-laws (Brian BUFFIER and Barbara O'BRIEN) or BHP would have commenced manipulation of their stock price independent of my ex-in-laws signing this Affidavit.  The other point to note is that BHP did not trust the employees of the Registry of the Supreme Court of NSW either because otherwise there would have been no reason for the 7 day delay in lodging this Application for the Grant of Probate - the media needed some time to depress the BHP share-price after BHP alerted them that it was "all systems go!"

  2. Probate was granted on my wife's estate, with the executors being my ex-brother-in-law and his sister, on the  22nd of July in 1997  - 20 days later!

There needs to be a clear 10 days, after serving notice of intention to apply for the Grant of Probate (on my wife's estate - where this Grant of Probate could have been used by the executors to "legally" transfer the rights to this very profitable invention), before these executors can be granted probate from the court.  The 20 day delay in lodging this Application for Grant of Probate is therefore fully explained.

  3. Commencement of the share-price plunge figure of $19.83, is only exceeded by two other close-of-trading-figures, in the entire seven and a half weeks preceding in the table.

I believe that BHP would have been forced to engineer share-price manipulation as many people were aware of this scam!  To give some idea just whom seemed to have knowledge of the dealings in court some time later, on the 21st of July, 2000, I lodged two summons* in the Supreme Court of NSW (3295 & 3298 both of 2000) and the very next day one of my co-inventor's surviving son was informing me that his father's will bequeathed all property to himself!  I didn't tell anyone of my lodgement of these two summons, nor did I discuss this with anyone over the telephone.  (I accept that my telephones are tapped - after all the rights to the invention control the manufacturing, distribution and use of product worth $60 billion for the remainder terms of the patents.)

*

It may seem ludicrous but I wrote these summons myself
whilst I was employing a solicitor to protect my rights!

THE 'TIP-OFF' ABOUT ME LODGING THESE SUMMONS COULD HAVE ONLY COME FROM THE REGISTRY OF THE SUPREME COURT OF NSW ITSELF OR FROM TAPPING ONE OR SOME OF MY TELEPHONES!  NO OTHER PARTY WAS INFORMED BY MYSELF BAR MY YOUNGEST SON.  MY "SOLICITOR" (and I do use the term loosely), WAS "IN CONFERENCE" FOR THE ENTIRE DAY (21/7/2000), AND THEREFORE UNAVAILABLE TO ME ON THIS LAST DAY I HAD TO LODGE THE SUMMONS!

If you just smell just one rat then I would say that you're wrong
